We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Sanremo the Italian Restaurant.
Located at the Bath with the stunning view, the restaurant offers All Day dining from Lunch, Brunch, a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning.
Occupying two floors, Sanremo is a modern Italian restaurant with a private dining rooms and cocktail bar.
As a Sous Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility and excellent organisation skills and cool head will mean that you will keep you section always running smoothly whilst inspiring your team to do the same
What are we looking for from a Sous Chef?
We're looking for a self-motivated, natural team player that thrives under pressure.
Are great communicators and exceptionally well organised.
Experience in a busy fresh food kitchen environment.
A genuine passion for creating the finest dishes.
Handle fresh ingredients, and prepare them to the highest standards.
Maintain a professional manner while working under pressure.
Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
Are eligible to work full-time in the UK.
