Following a complete redesign, renowned Italian chef, Francesco Mazzei is at the helm as Chef Patron, preparing dishes inspired by his home region of Calabria. Sartoria benefits from a heated terrace, destination bar and three private dining rooms.

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Commis Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Pastry Commis Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
