Description

We are seeking for seasoned servers for our very busy locations.

Candidates Must:

·         Lead their team to provide our guests with a pleasant and memorable experience.

·         Stay focused on the service, making sure every patron in their area feels acknowledged by them.

·         Respectfully and carefully listen to our customers’ order, while making suggestions that pair and compliment their initial request.

·         Accurately and promptly place food and menu orders in the system for processing.

·         Make sure that both food and drinks are dropped timely and correctly.

·         Anticipate our guests’ needs and strive to provide utmost customer service.

·         Immediately get acquainted with our food and wine/liquor menus, making sure to understand every and all of the ingredients on each dish.

·         Process bill payments.

·         Maintain a clean and organized section at all times

·         Follow management’s lead and recommendations for better service

·         Other ad hoc duties

 

Other skills:

·         Operate POS terminal (Toast, a big plus) and Open Table

·         Work collaboratively

·         Friendly

·         Well spoken
