Who We Are…

The Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

The Venue…

Soho Beach House opened in Miami Beach in 2010, on the site of the historic Sovereign hotel. Our new private members’ club has been entirely redesigned and expanded to include a 16-story oceanfront tower.
Soho Beach House includes 50 rooms, a screening snug, 2 pools, a beach club, as well as an expansive Cowshed spa and a Cecconi’s restaurant open to non members.

The Role…

The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Club's Food and Beverage Outlets. The Manager will be largely responsible for hiring, training and oversight of all FOH staff, along with, private parties, ala carte dining and other events. This position will report directly to the Outlet's General Manager.

Develops, maintains and administers a sound business and organizational plan for the restaurant’s food & beverage operations
Trains, councils and supervises all employees of the restaurant
Consistently assures that the restaurant’s food & beverage services are operated in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws
Helps ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are in compliance with local/state health department regulations
Ensures the highest standards for the restaurant’s food & beverage services
Analyzes financial statements for the food & beverage operations (income and expenses) relative to budgeted goals and takes corrective measures as necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:
Must have 3 years related experience in food & beverage operations with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience
Must have a strong business aptitude
A four-year college degree preferred, but not required
