Job Summary:. The Bartender will be responsible to prepare, serve and be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with guests’ needs and expectations. The primary purpose of the Bartender is to provide friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests.
Essential Job Functions:
· Maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner

Required Experience:
· Minimum 21 years of age
· Minimum 2 years bartender experience in fine dining operation
· Extensive Craft Cocktail knowledge and experience
· Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
· Previous POS system experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Outstanding guest services skills
· Be able to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal & written)
· Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash
register and POS system
· Professional presentation and positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, twist at the neck and trunk, bend at the waist and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally. Employees will use hands to handle objects and tools, and operate service equipment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pound objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may use vision to monitor food quality and quantity and may also order supplies, etc.
