•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•Be a clear thinker in pressure situations
•Possess ability to work with minimal supervision
•Possess a personal sense of style
•Passionate about coffee and have a strong understanding of the various drinks that can be made with it
•skilled at making drinks using espresso machine and grinders, etc
•skilled at providing consistent beverages made to our standards in a timely fashion
