From our Copenhagen beginnings our intention was always to be one of a kind.

Since 1994 we have served high-quality, fresh, traditional sushi and grilled yakitori sticks, always striving to be the greatest hosts we can.


Being Danish, we don’t like hype or superficiality, so we hire big smiles and small egos. People who can go much further than expected. We don’t waste our time on anyone who isn’t a team player.

Are you an ambitious , skillful and inspiring future leaders interested to join the management team in our restaurants?


As Sous Chefs in Sticks’n’Sushi, you must master all positions in the kitchen as well as having knowledge and experience when it comes to food safety and with a high standard of hygiene. 


As Manager in the kitchen, you arliving our culture while controlling and coaching all aspects of the staff training, execution of company quality standards, education of the BOH team members as well as motivate the team to provide an excellent quality, service and atmosphere within the restaurant during the shifts.  


Managers are the voices that speak above the rest in our kitchens. It is your responsibility to lead the team and set the pace when the music is playing, and orders are rolling in.
