New York's largest outdoor Summer Garden & Bar brings the bounty of summer to the heart of Manhattan, supporting local family farms in the Hudson Valley, Upstate New York and the North and South Forks of Long Island.
We are currently offering Seasonal Dishwasher/Porter opportunities for our very busy Summer Garden & Bar.
We are looking for people who have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Clean and organized working habits
- A commitment to learn
- Ability to think quickly on their feet and multi-task with ease
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Availability to work nights, weekends & holiday periods is a MUST!
Responsibilities include:
- Washing Dishes
- Cleaning back of house and front of house spaces
- Cleaning silverware and glassware
- Removing trash from the restaurants
- Breaking down boxes and moving/delivering product around the campus
