Executive Coordinator:  
At CAVA Support Centers we love what we do, and we try and make every day as fulfilling as the last. Our Support Center needs fanatics in tech, marketing, human resources, finance, operations, supply chain, and store development to support our growing brands.

The Role:
Looking for highly motivated Executive Coordinator.  In this exciting position you will be the first face of CAVA!  In supporting both our CEO and CFO you will be the first line of support between our Board Members, our Team Members and Executive Leadership.  

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive Scheduling. You’ll assist our CEO + CFO with daily calendar management, travel coordination, and handle meeting requests from department Directors. 
  • Will prepare agendas and presentations for the Executive Leadership team. 
  • Manage executive travel while proactively anticipating the needs of the traveler and ensuring that all travel guidelines are followed.
  • Be responsible for scheduling board meetings, organizing company meetings and ensuring that all supplies, meals and meeting equipment is set up and readily available.
  • Will monitor expense management, process executive expense reports and assist with reviewing expense documents before they are sent to the executive team for approval. 
  • Will review all documents, presentations, and request sent to the Executive team to ensure all CAVA procedures are followed. 
  • Act as the main point-person for all administrative and office requests
  • Help maintain a clean and comfortable workspace, making the Support Center a great space and place to work

 

The Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  A friendly personality with an ability to cultivate a fun and inviting office atmosphere
  • Ambitious and intellectually curious: you love teaching yourself new things and you're naturally driven to be the best at what you do

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain a stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
