We are relentlessly passionate about creating a place where people feel motivated, empowered and love to come to work.  As our Manager of Organizational Development, you inspire that.   In this role you will be at the helm, guiding our growth through learning enrichment.   As a development champion, you will define learning with rich techniques and compelling change management.  As an influencer, you will drive employee satisfaction and lay the development foundation for Support Center and CAVA Foods leaders across the organization.   You should be a confident and strategic thought partner that is as passionate about the growth of our business partners, as we are.   Are you ready for the challenge?

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop high quality, scalable learning programs for a diverse audience of Support Center, CAVA Foods and Senior Restaurant leaders. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide continuous improvement through training and education.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify organizational skills gap and support team member’s skilling, upskilling and reskilling of competencies. 
  • Mentor and coach business leaders on developing team members.
  • Ensure alignment of program content with organizational values, and goals.
  • Provide and develop plans that assist with employee career pathing.
  • Continuously evolve learning programs based on feedback, changes in systems, policies or procedures.
  • Partner and assist with employee engagement surveys to identify needs and trends and customize targeted programs for improvement.
  • Measure success by tracking key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness of current and future training programs. 
  • Serve as a project manager and change agent for organizational development initiatives.
  • Roll-out curriculum in various settings including, e-learning, virtual learning, and in-person facilitation.
  • Develop training solutions for compliance
  • Support and create employee support groups
  • Create and participate in support center and CAVA foods succession planning
  • Partner and assist with employee relations

The Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in organizational development
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Experience designing and implementing employee development solutions
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, team building, or related activities
  • Experience conducting organizational assessments
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. 
  • Training and/or education in Corporate Learning

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, assess and observe detail
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
