Real Estate Coordinator

The Role:
The Lease Administrator is
responsible for assisting the Real Estate team in site research, demographics,
mapping, tracking and analytics. The Lease Administrator supports in the
coordination, organization, and execution of all real estate transaction
activities and documents across the CAVA organization.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist the Real Estate team in managing real estate activity by learning CAVA’s Real Estate process, gathering information site data and conducting analysis
· Continue to build and manage the real estate analytics database
· Utilize database of geographical research and mapping
· Conduct ad-hoc and statistical analyses including cannibalization and market saturation
· Track current industry trends and competitor activity
· Assist in transaction due diligence by collecting archiving all deal documents
· Gathers information and relevant data (including financial, lease, traffic pattern and demographic data) on specific locations
· Act as liaison between the Real Estate department and other internal departments
·
Maintain
up-to-date tracking of all aspects of the deal making process including lease
status, lease terms, projected opening dates, site contacts, lease expirations,
and other such information and documents
The Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1-3 years Commercial Real Estate experience; Good understanding of Commercial Real Estate, with an understanding of leases preferred.
· Ability to analyze financial and demographic data
· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and GIS Mapping Tools
· Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, team environment
· Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
Physical Requirements:
· Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
· Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
· Must be able to identify, assess and observe detail
· Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 pounds
· Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly
· Ability to squat, kneel, bend and twist occasionally
·
Ability
to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
