New opportunity! Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. We have immediate start dates available. In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay plus excellent benefits!

The role:

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations. This includes overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the Venue facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance management role

• Experience in planning maintenance operations

• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

• Ability to keep track of and report on all maintenance activity

• Excellent communication at all levels

• The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time

• Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment

• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
