The role:

By consistently demonstrating their advanced job abilities through their actions, Bar Captains provide a high level of support to the management of the department. They proactively support their colleagues by seeking out where their guidance is needed, never waiting to be asked. In addition, they will regularly fulfill the duties of any other role in the department.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bartending role within a high volume, quality cocktail bar/venue
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Food handling certification
• Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
