Swingers – the crazy golf club is currently looking for an Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In return you will receive a competitive annual salary of $60,000 plus excellent benefits!

The role: 

As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling advanced (40+ guests) booking enquiries and processing them to the highest standards. Other key responsibilities include meeting client’s needs by seeking the best sales opportunities, negotiating dates and cost per head, and working with the client to finalize their booking details as well as using this as further opportunity to ‘upgrade’ client bookings. This role is the core of the Sales department and is a vital link between our clients, the sales department, and the Front of House operations team. 

 

Our perfect candidate has: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry 
  • Enthusiasm and a positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others 
  • Experience managing upward and managing expectations of both clients, colleagues and supervisor 
  • Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, and is results-oriented and highly self-motivated 
  • Excellent communication at all levels 
  • The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time 
  • Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment 
  • The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position
