Senior Breakfast Chef
Description
WHO:
We need a Senior Breakfast Chef to lead our small kitchen operation (breakfast and room service only), who is passionate about delivering good food on a consistent basis.
THEY SHOULD:
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Be a morning person as breakfast is the main service of the day
- Be happy focusing on the breakfast and room service delivery
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure at times
- Have attention to detail, whilst coaching others in the team
- Be good at communication comfortable talking with our guests too
- Have a pro-active attitude, be willing to learn and happy to work on their own
- Have worked within a similar type of kitchen
WHERE:
A discreet, Georgian townhouse located just off the King’s Road, Sydney House Chelsea is understated but contemporary in style.
It gives our team the chance to work in one of the most popular and vibrant areas of London, just a couple of minutes' walk from South Kensington tube station.
