Description
The Tao Group is looking for a F/T & P/T PM Pastry Assistant to join our team!
Qualifications:
1+ years of previous pastry experience in fast-paced NYC restaurants preffered
Hands on, working knowledge of pastry sauces, baking, and plating for service
Must have experience working the line in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
Must be a team player
Must be able to work with a flexible schedule
Please be committed to quality output
Ability to work under pressure
