WHO:
We need a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team who is passionate about food delivering great food and can help run the pastry section in the kitchen.
THEY SHOULD:
- Have a genuine passion and knowledge of all areas of pastry
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure
- Be happy to learn and develop across the kitchen
- Have attention to detail in preparing food of the highest quality
- Assist the team in the day to day running of the kitchen
- Be good at communication and working with the team
- Have a pro-active attitude, demonstrating a desire to progress within their career
- Have worked within a similar type of kitchen within the pastry section
