WHO:
A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead a close-knit team at the stunning 5 AA red star, Relais & Chateaux property, The Bath Priory.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to manage this award winning hotel, near the centre of Bath, whilst being part of a growing, quality led group.

THEY MUST:
- Have the ability to provide strong day to day leadership, driving the business strategy in all areas of the operation
- Be charismatic and engaging
- Be able to influence and motivate those around them
- Develop and lead the people culture of the property with engaging and committed communication (with the help of our people brand and values!)
- Ensure that all the team are committed to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity
- Have recent senior hotel management experience in a 5 AA star hotel- this is essential to this role
- Ideally have General Manager experience, although a strong no. 2 from a large 5 star property may also be considered
- Have a strong food and beverage background
- Be able to deliver results and drive the business forward, ensuring that overall sales, revenue and people targets are achieved
- Be confident with IT and systems

The Garden Spa by L’Occitane is the first and only spa by L’Occitane offering treatments and fantastic facilities.
