Food and Beverage Supervisor
Description
WHO:
We need a Food & Beverage Supervisor who’s great with people, and wants to develop their career further.
THEY SHOULD:
- Be hands-on, and able to work on the floor whilst overseeing others
- Have good attention to detail, focussing on the guest experience
- Be knowledgeable about food and drink and passionate about developing the team
- Be personable and engaging
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Encourage a strong working relationship between front of house and kitchen staff
- Be organised, motivated and able to step in when the manager is away
