THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferably New York City
• Mixologist / Bartender certificate a plus
• Passion and knowledge for wine, beer and spirits
• Clean, resourceful, well-organized work habits & possesses attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, stays calm under pressure with the ability to think quick on your feet
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Accountable, outgoing & energetic team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 5-day/40 hour work week
