The Bull Hotel is located in the centre of Olney and sits at the heart of the local community. A former 17th century coaching inn, now a Pub & Restaurant with Rooms overlooks the Market Place making it a great spot to relax and watch the world go by.
Your role as Deputy Manager:
- Overall management of the pub, restaurant and hotel in the absence of the General Manager
- Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service and drink quality
- Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of records
- Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
- Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession
