Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SPA Manager to join our Health Club & SPA team.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic SPA Manager, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this SPA Manager position are:
• Oversee and take ownership for the entire Spa daily operations including gym and keeping the Hotel Manager updated of all changes implemented.
• Ensure a professional attitude and proper business attire when on property, ready to meet and / or service a Guest at any time following Hotel grooming standards.
• Ensure staffs understand all Health & Safety requirements related to the Spa & Health Club inclusive the GYM area and their duties at all times.
• Closely monitor Spa operations and client journey quality to ensure consistently high standards and establish a rapport with clients to ensure highest guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure that the Team are fully trained to Departmental standards and are updated on a regular basis and all training sessions are recorded in the Training Log.
• Conduct regular 1 to 1 meetings and to ensure that Team performance issues are highlighted.
• To be fully aware and ensure the team is aware of current: Licensing regulations and laws, Employers Fire safety regulations, Health and Safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for the SPA Manager requires the following:
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience of staff supervision.
• Evidence of excellent customer service.
• “Can-do” attitude.

As a SPA Manager, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate Health Club & SPA team and will report directly to the Hotel Manager. You are expected to be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
