ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Marketing Assistant, your main duties will include:

1. To create and execute organic and paid Social media campaigns delivering against ROI objectives for Marketing and HR. Responsibility of collating the annual social media calendar to include National days and generating creative ideas to increase Social Media engagement.
2. Maintain and update the various social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc. for hotel outlets and people related areas.
3. To assist the Marketing/ Human Resources team in booking and conducting photo shoots for the web site, branding, awards and any PR and social media activities
4. To conduct competitor research, analysis work and monthly reports as required by HOD / HR Director
5. To pro-actively creating PR initiatives that enhance awareness about the hotel and the Landmark team members including but not limited to Awards schedule, Learning and development activity, success stories, recruitment activities, apprentices etc.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be required to work 40 hours per week.
