Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a MICE Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic MICE Sales Manager, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this MICE Sales Manager position are:
• Manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budgetary objectives and additional aspects of account management.
• Create and pursue innovative ideas for revenue generation ensuring that all opportunities are researched fully and presented to the ADOS/DOS/DOSM where appropriate.
• Proactively prospect the defined geographical area for new business within the defined customer segment achieving a pre-set target of telesales and face-to-face sales calls on a weekly/monthly basis.
• To understand and demonstrate product knowledge of specific requirements and types of business sought including timely planning of soft spot promotions and to be aware of the peaks & troughs of the hotels’ business patterns.
• Produce monthly sales reports for the Director of Sales at close of every month.
