Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Corporate Sales Executive / Sales Manager who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this Corporate Sales Executive / Sales Manager position are:
• Manage the Corporate Market and drive minimum fair market share to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budgetary objectives.
• Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.
• Proactively prospect the defined geographical area for new business, exploring marketing opportunities, Incentives and competitor opportunities achieving a pre-set volume of telesales and face-to-face sales calls on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Complete weekly activity reports and planners on a timely basis and pro-actively manage account base by regular review of Hotel Opera reports.
• To develop a personal twelve-month sales action plan based on the Hotel’s Sales and Marketing Plan and review on a monthly basis with the Assistant Director of Sales.
