The Landmark London is recruiting for a Social Media Lobby Host/Hostess.
About the role
We are currently looking for an engaging and enthusiastic Social Media Lobby Host/Hostess to join our Sales and Marketing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team during the most magical time of the year and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.
At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Social Media Lobby Host/Hostess your main duties will include:
Main duties and responsibilities:
1 To inform guests about the Social Media Competition
2 To be lobby presence at the front of the Winter Garden
3 To encourage guests to take part in the competition
4 Take pictures of guests around the tree and the hotel
5 To guide guests around the hotel and answer any questions they might have
6 Engage with guests and create truly memorable experiences
7 To support the Marketing Team in the execution of the Christmas Competition.
As a Social Media Lobby Host/Hostess, you will be required to work on a fixed term, zero hour contract for one month.
