Founded by childhood best friends, Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow, The Meatball Shop opened its first location on The Lower East Side in 2010. Over the last eleven years, we have expanded in the NYC market to four locations, including pop-ups in Washington D.C. and Connecticut, as well as a delivery only concept in Boise, Idaho!

Our “ballers” as we call our team, are the most important part of The Meatball Shop family, and we are passionate about serving our guests simple, sustainable, and delicious food. We believe in creating a culture that promotes creativity and individuality within our communities. Our shops each have a unique energy & vibe about them, while staying true to our values and beliefs.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year prep cook experience

• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, team environment

• Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Details

Salary: NYC: Starting pay is $15 per hour or more with experience. Having a DOH card can increase your starting pay. We also offer many career growth opportunities within our company.

Schedule: Part Time, Full Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
