Founded by childhood best friends, Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow, The Meatball Shop opened its first location on The Lower Side in 2010 and quickly expanded throughout NYC. General Description:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
Duties:
Assist the HR Director in:
-benefits administration
-new hire orientations
-recruiting/screening candidates
-updating employee files
-maintaining log of documents from all HRIS systems
-assists in departmental projects
-perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least one year of general office experience. (prefferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting)
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be detailed oriented
Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment, work independently and follow instructions
Must be able to establish rapport with individuals
