The Menu Partners is a diverse food business supplying hotels, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK with whole, prepared or cooked food. Within our group of businesses, we also have Absolute Taste, a leading event catering company, Absolute Taste Inflight our Private Jet catering business along with two farm shops, a pub and so much more.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Bicester team.

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency, working independently with minimal supervision. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing telephone and electronic orders from clients
  • Assist the Operations Manager with support for the daily running of the warehouse operation
  • Prepare client reports as and when required
  • Process orders through from order receipt through to delivery - overseeing the process order journey
  • Handling client complaints or enquiries
  • Assisting and communicating with the transport department
  • Organising deliveries to clients

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
  • Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a team
  • Ability to prioritise work

Shift pattern- Sunday-Friday 8am-5pm ( week 1) Sunday -Thursday 8am-5pm (week 2)

this is on a reoccurring basis working 5/6 days.

This is role is based in our Bicester office.
