Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Description
WHO:
We are looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. We need someone who’s great with people, knows their food and drink and can lead a close-knit team.
THEY SHOULD:
Be a hands-on manager who leads from the front
Be knowledgeable about food and drink and good at developing others
Be personable and engaging
Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
Have an eye for sales and help the manager develop the business
Encourage a strong working relationship between front of house and kitchen staff
Be organised, motivated and able to step in when the manager is away
WHERE:
Set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages, The Slaughters Country Inn offers the authentic charm of a traditional village inn; exceptional food made with the best local produce, a fine selection of local ales, roaring log fires to warm the winter months and a stunning terrace for when the sun shines.
With 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, The Slaughters Country Inn offers a relaxed yet professional environment to work in.
The hotel can offer both on and off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
