Seafood Pub Company are now recruiting for our Chefs of the future; we are looking for people with a passion for produce and cooking. Working as part of a team, leading one of our kitchen brigades, you will be continually developing your techniques and expertise to help deliver first class fresh food to all our guests.

As a Seafood Pub Company Head Chef, you will have previous experience of working in a fresh food kitchen at Head Chef level or Senior Sous, and be ready to progress to the next stage of your career.

Responsible for the overall running of the kitchen, you will have the ability to ensure all dishes in the kitchen are prepared to the highest standards and company specifications. You will be able to create weekly specials in line with the ethos of the company using seasonal produce. You will work with the Executive Chef and Managing Director on the main menu dishes.

As Head Chef you should have excellent communications skills and the ability to lead and develop your team. You should also have a good understanding of working within a budget and planning and managing people, stock and other resources accordingly.

You will have a full understanding of working to HACAPP principles and an exceptional standard of hygiene, cleanliness and organisational skills.
