Job Description
● Lead all FOH staff
● Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
● Generate monthly reports on sales performance
● Report directly to Director of Operations, General Manager, and owners and communicate sales goals and results

Roles and Responsibilities
● Manage all FOH staff from scheduling to providing performance feedback
● Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
● Present daily reservation details, daily food and drink specials, and general FOH needs and concerns at pre-shift meetings
● Complete weekly inventory and ordering as led by the General Manager
● Coordinate with the chef on dry goods ordering and general needs
● Complete nightly closing reports and daily sales reports
● Assist in human resources duties like interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and payroll
● Complete additional tasks as directed by the Director of Operations, General Manager, and owners
