Responsibilities:
The Guest Relations Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe, positive and guest friendly environment for each event at The Chicago Theatre. He/She works with another House Manager(s) on duty to supervise, coach and train all front of house staff and ensures staff has working knowledge of all pertinent event information and emergency procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Guest Services pre-event staff meeting to inform staff of all pertinent event information
- Responding to all escalated guest issues and determining appropriate actions to resolve problems and/or issues in a timely, positive, and friendly manner
- Assisting with the training and supervising of all front of house staff
- Scheduling of guest services staff and keeping accurate records of guest services staff attendance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, (preferably in theatre), exceptional leadership skills, a strong commitment to the highest level of guest relations and customer service.

Also essential to success in this role is:
- The ability to enforce departmental policies/procedures with fairness and consistency
- The ability to multitask, problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner
- Must have flexible availability including evening, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and be willing to obtain Fire Guard certificate.
