Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Winter Garden Team.

We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Supervisor who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of a Supervisor are:
• Ensures that all team members are at work on time and groomed as per Hotel and Departmental Standards.
• Ensures that team keep all the service section stations are fully stocked for each service period. Ensures that special care in maintaining all stations’ cleanliness and free of damage.
• Conducts pre and post shift briefing session, making sure all team members are aware of the Hotel Daily business, daily specials, VIP guests, Hotel Functions and ensures high product knowledge within the F&B Outlet.
• Allocates sections of the F&B Outlet to all team members and assigns duties as required, to ensure a smooth service.
• Takes a hands on approach to the daily operation of the Outlets ensuring a high level of supervision & visibility is maintained at all times.
• Ensures that all the team members receive appropriate training before the introduction new dishes and menu items.
• Ensures all guests receive a memorable experience and extend hospitality at every touch point, encourages team members to deliver memorable moments to all guests and shares them with the whole team.
• Handles guest complaints promptly, efficiently and diplomatically, and bringing all complaints to the attention of the Manager and using complains as opportunities for improvement.
• Supervises and ensures that all F&B Outlet opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

The ideal candidate for the Supervisor is required the following:
• Experience in 5* hotels or a prestigious restaurant
• A positive and friendly attitude
• To be punctual, efficient and courteous at all times with guests and fellow employees.
• Ability to work under pressure and still deliver a friendly service
• Fluency in English
• Polite and welcoming manners
