Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented Bartender to join our Team.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Bartender, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this Bartender position are:
• To monitor the quality of beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
• To prepare and keep all the service stations and bar fully stocked for each service period.
• To process the F&B requisition in the Purchasing system on a daily basis for all the items that are required based on the par levels.
• To be fast and efficient in the service for our guests and service staff.
• To take orders for drink and food in a friendly and professional manner to the standard required.
• To ensure correct bills are given to guests, or upon guests declining further service.

The ideal candidate for the Bartender requires the following:
• Experience in 5* hotels or a prestigious restaurant
• A positive and friendly attitude
• To be punctual, efficient and courteous at all times with guests and fellow employees.
• Ability to work under pressure and still deliver a friendly service
• Fluency in English
• Polite and welcoming manners

As a Bartender, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate Mirror Bar team and will report directly to the Bar Manager. You are expected to be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
