Job Brief:
The Paper Factory Hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Purchaser and Receiver. Responsibilities will consist of assisting the executive chef, sous chefs, and beverage director with all aspects of purchasing and receiving all F&B products for our unique hotel operation. A successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our operation! Candidates who are organized, professional, and hands-on are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to receive ordered merchandise and double check quality of deliveries
• Confidence in rejecting unacceptable merchandise and distribute orders in accordance to DOH
• To be able to conduct inventory checks and perform other duties
• Maintain and build relationships with vendors and purveyors
