Full Time Head Waiter/Waitress wanted for Drake & Morgan’s Bar & Restaurant, The Refinery, Spinningfields, Manchester

Role responsibilities include the following;

• Section management & shift delivery
• Managing of pass, including expediting & team interaction with head chef & kitchen team
• Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
• Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills in accordance with the prescribed Drake and Morgan billing and charging procedure.
• On-going team training & development
• Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and be confident to make recommendations/upsell.
