Description
Tupelo Honey is seeking a porter to work 2-3 hours daily managing the cleanliness of our restaurants.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, bend and stoop
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily
• Sweep and mop all floors in the dining room and bar
• Clean, sanitize, and mop bathrooms
• Clean all floors in the kitchen, prep kitchen, dish-room, and server station.
• Ensure all floor drains are clean of debris and trash
Monthly
• High dusting of dining room and bar
• Monthly stainless steel detailed cleaning
