Description
Trattoria Italienne is seeking an experienced individual with a keen attention to detail to lead our FOH team.
Job requirements -
- Minimum 3 years experience in upscale high volume restaurant with management role focus
- Hands on approach
- Strong service skills with dedication to the guest experience
- Strong leadership skills with managing, training and motivating employees. Lead by example.
- Outgoing, personable positive attitude. Be warm, humble and gracious.
- Integrity & superior work ethic.
- Responsible for all recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and development of FOH staff. Will manage reservations, website, promotions and guestbook.
- Able to work evening service shifts, weekends and holidays when required.
