JOB DESCRIPTION: HOUSEKEEPERS
Job Purpose: To support the Head Housekeeper with the operation of the accommodation and guest service functions related to MacLeod House & Lodge and to ensure that an exceptional five star service is delivered at all times in line with guest expectations.
Reports to: Housekeeping Manager
Department: Guest Services
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Housekeeper to ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is met at all times as per our guests’ expectations and standard protocol
• Adhere to all health and safety legislation and SOPs of the business
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly checklists to a high standard
• Report maintenance issues to the Head of Hospitality in a timely manner
• Cleaning of public areas, Club House and Head Office spaces as required
Requirements for the role
• Housekeeping experience in a luxury (ideally four star or five star) property within the hotel or leisure industry
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment
• Ability to work as part of a tem
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
