As one of the world’s most powerful brands, this is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled marketing and communications professional to join the company’s dynamic sales and marketing team based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time, on site.

Reporting to: Head of Resort Marketing & Executive Vice President

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the online promotional campaigns for UK and overseas markets
  • Design and create creative and inspiring digital advertising and marketing collateral for use across all platforms
  • Develop new social media and digital content to engage and build new and existing audiences
  • Manage and develop the company’s photography and film archive for current and future use
  • Work with external agencies and partners on the delivery of high impact social media and digital campaigns
  • Update and oversee the business’s digital assets for tour operators, travel agents, golf publications, industry magazines, social media outlets and online platforms  
  • Edit and develop all digital collateral including web pages, brochures, leaflets, adverts, commercials and social media posts
  • Manage and develop the online member portal and website content
  • Assist with client and customer database management, including the preparation and distribution of communications and e-promotions
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, keeping up to date with digital communication trends and opportunities
  • Assist with the analysis of all marketing and communications activities through surveys, feedback forms and other developed tools
  • Support the wider sales and marketing team will any activities necessary for the commercial and operational success of the business

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience within the hospitality, sport or leisure industry (beneficial)
  • Relevant qualifications such as Graphic Design or Marketing Degree
  • Exceptional IT skills, with proficiency in Abode Creative Suite and comprehensive working knowledge of social media and digital platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of sustained growth in digital content use including the ability to shape, manage and deliver accurate and engaging brand specific content
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail and strong design instincts
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Confident personality
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
