Food & Beverage Supervisor

POSITION SCOPE:
Manage the Outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager by providing leadership, overall supervision and control in order to provide a high degree of guest satisfaction while upholding the established standards, and contribute to the budgeted revenue, costs and department goals.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
• Knowledge of all Bars Standards, quality presentation, service and products, and local health and sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of Beverage drinks
• Displays proper and safe use of all equipment
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to assess and meet the needs of the guest
• Previous, similar experience in 4 – 5 Star environment is required
