The Watergate Hotel is currently seeking an Oyster Shucker to help facilitate a world-class oyster bar. You must possess the following skills and expertise:
•1+ years of similar culinary experience at a prep cook level or higher with extensive shellfish handling knowledge/skills; when possible, we prefer those with upscale or fine dining experience.
•Must be able to work a very flexible schedule that will include early mornings, late nights, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
•Must be able to communicate in English; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
