We are currently looking for a reservations co-ordinator. You will be an important part of the team maximising all revenue opportunities and able to understand and work to a rate strategy, handle incoming reservations both via phone and online. You maybe the first person our guests speak to on the phone and so you provide guests with a warm welcome and a great first impression. You will work closely with the reception team and Front Office Manager to ensure all reservations are correctly recorded and inputted in our PMS system and that all online third party booking sites are managed. Provide weekly/monthly tracking reports as required by Front Office Manager and your colleagues in sales.

What are we looking for?
• At least 2 years' experience in reservations, ideally in full service hotels and have strong administrative, communication and computing skills.
• Previous experience in property management systems either Guestline, Fidelio, Opera, Delphi, Holidex and Perform will be a strong advantage.
• Have a good local knowledge.
• Spoken and written English skills including: ability to read, analyse and interpret documents; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
• Flexible approach to hours working an average 40-42.5 hours week with the ability to work some evenings and weekends where required. Overtime is payable.
