We are looking for people who can start a conversation because there are plenty of opportunities to socialise professionally with our guests on a daily basis. You'll be able to create a welcoming atmosphere when visiting the restaurant and bar areas. Meet and greet our guests and anticipate their needs where possible. Know all our menu items, recipes and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendation to customers.
• Previous Hotel or Restaurant experience would be desirable with a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• A good command of English language is essential in this role; including: ability to read, analyse and interpret documents; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
• The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, outgoing, have a flexible schedule which must including mornings, weekends and holidays.
