We are open seven days a week, and feature an all-day menu and weekend brunch. The Sosta offers guests the opportunity to enjoy fresh, authentic Italian dishes, including a focus on signature, house-made pastas and complementary sauces, chef-crafted salads, fresh-baked focaccia sandwiches, antipasti boards, daily soups, specially-curated house wines and beers on tap, fresh-baked cookies and local-sourced gelato from Fresco Gelateria in the East Village.

Each employee that works in the Front-Of-House is trained on every station behind the counter. Because of the nature of our service and store layout, you should expect and anticipate the need to work at various stations throughout the day.

▪ When applicable, always serve alcohol responsibly. Always check IDs!
▪ Control costs by: taking accurate inventories, limiting waste, pouring drinks at proper levels, and
ensuring that all waste is being recorded.
▪ Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of our beverage menu.

▪ Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar station.
▪ Ensure that all drinks are delivered to the correct customer.

▪ Demonstrate proper cash handling and use of the register.
▪ Ensure that all orders are handed out completed and in an organized fashion.
▪ Clean and maintain supplies behind the counter and at the register area.
▪ Keep dining room organized and neat. All dirty trays collected and neatly stocked. Water cups filled, etc.
▪ Empty garbage when needed
▪ Keep a neat and organized floor, remove all dirty trays from tables. When removing a tray from a
