We are looking for a Kitchen Porter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Head Chef.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off / 8am to 8pm

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role in a hotel / kitchen environment.

As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for:

• assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service. 
• operating the pot-washing machinery 
• maintaining a hygienic working environment while washing dishes, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors.
• ensuring floors are dry and clean at all times
• assisting the chefs and servers when necessary
• checking cleaning inventory
• loading and unloading the dishware
