Job description
Due to the ongoing growth of the
business, we are looking for a part time Groundcare Assistant to help with
the day to day upkeep of Cotswold Farm Park
Main Responsibilities
To assist with the delivery of all ground care requirements within the Cotswold Farm Park and in wider areas as required. To maintain excellent standards of site presentation including:
- Mowing - using Bobcat and push mower
- Strimming
- Leaf clearing, weeding and spraying (if ticketed)
- Ensuring safe operation and use of appropriate PPE as required.
You will be working on:
- Park play areas
- Campsite pitches and access roads
- Banks and planted mounds
- Walkways
- Field Edges
- Car Parks
- Event Field Spaces
- Horse Ride Routes
You must be able to demonstrate experience and competence with the equipment.
- A can-do attitude
- Organised and prioritises well
- Good team worker but happy to work alone and maintain standards and work rate unsupervised
- Flexible approach to problem resolution
- A good timekeeper
- A mature attitude and a pleasant disposition
- Well motivated with an eye for detail and a desire to achieve high standards
We require a minimum of 2 days per week (8hr days), avoiding weekends. Additional hours may be available in the coming growing season. This is a casual position.
