What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are cared for during their spa visit. This will include communicating with the spa and team, diary management using Spa Soft and training and carrying out any relevant spa duties, while ensuring that the desk is covered at all times. 
  • You will be responsible for managing spa appointments during the day. This will include providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to our guests, carrying out show rounds and explaining spa services and facilities and following opening and closing procedures including balancing and cashing up all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific spa therapists, spa treatments, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Senior Spa Receptionist.
