ABOUT THE ROLE (Bartender)
We are looking for skilled bartenders to join our new opening of Japanese Restaurant, Sachi. The restaurant boasts 130 covers across the lower ground floor and external terrace. Our Bartender needs to be energetic with excellent communication skills, serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, utilize bar equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. As a Bartender, you should be engaging with a friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
